Felise, I broke a promise that I made 23 years ago when my husband and I decided to sell our home. My last experience was so overwhelming that I promised I would never sell my home on Miami Beach. My next move was supposed to be to the nursing home or the cemetery. Well, as we approached retirement, it seemed that the time to sell was right. You came highly recommended so we chose you as our realtor. The listing price was higher than I expected, but you were the expert and we deferred to your advice. We could not be happier with our relationship during this period. You brought many clients through our home. You were always available when we had questions or concerns. You expertly guided us through the negotiation process until we had a signed contract at a price that was more than we thought possible. I’m writing because I want to share what a WONDERFUL JOB Felise Eber did for me as my broker in my recent property search, which resulted in my purchase of a condo on Fisher Island in Miami Beach, Florida. I moved back to Florida after being away many decades, and clearly Miami has undergone tremendous changes of which I hadn’t been aware.
