NFL icon Jon Vilma owned a 8,000-square foot mansion fronting Biscayne Bay. It features 161 feet of water frontage and cost $6.05 million when he acquired it in 2011. The home was sold in 2018 for $14.375 million.

Ray Allen, retired basketball star, bought a 10-bedroom home in 2014 for $11 million. Cher was also one of the A-listers who owned an estate in Tahiti Beach. Another big name on the roster is Julio Iglesias, having owned a waterfront property in the neighborhood.
