    The Williams Island community is one of the waterfront communities belonging to the city of Aventura, found east of Biscayne Boulevard. Inside the island are seven distinct condominiums that are each referred to as Williams Island but distinguish themselves by a number, Williams Island 2600 being the third of the septet. The 2600 building is 32 stories tall and features 172 Aventura condos for sale located near the southeastern side of the island.
