Julian Cohen learned the business from the ground up. He attended the prestigious Leysin American School in Switzerland, studied at the Beijing Language and Culture University and Hofstra University with concentration in Economics and International business. Following his graduation and before returning to his home base of Miami Beach, Julian spent 2 years working for Platinum Properties on Wall Street followed by another 2 years with Prudential Douglas Elliman.
In October of 2011, Julian joined The Jills® with Coldwell Banker. While working on The Jills Team, he completed numerous transactions in many of the top condominiums and residential communities. Most notably, in August of 2012, Julian closed on the sale of 3 Indian Creek village for $47,000,000. This monumental sale marked the highest priced residential sale in Miami-Dade county history.
